"The undersigned, hereafter referred to as "I", has read and acknowledged all terms of this contract. The undersigned specifically acknowledges and agrees to pay all charges, fees or monies due associated with and emanating from this reservation per the card holder agreement. The undersigned agrees to not file a chargeback, complaint, request a refund or any type of reimbursement against this charge. The undersigned has waived all rights to the deposit within 30days of the reservation as the terms are spelled out below. The undersigned indemnifies Turner's Marina LLC, hereinafter known as Hilton Head Harbor RV Resort & Marina, from any claims of loss due to cancellation of the reservation. The undersigned understands that Hilton Head Harbor retains and reserves the right to cancel any reservation for any reason without cause at any time at the sole discretion of Hilton Head Harbor. I have read and agreed to all terms and conditions. I Acknowledge that there is a no refund policy within 30 days of arrival. I acknowledge and authorize a 3% credit card convenience fee added to the total initial charge for any charge with a credit card. I acknowledge that I am responsible for reviewing this Rental Agreement to ensure that all rental costs and rental dates are correct. I understand that if I wish to extend the rental period, I must notify the rental office either in person or via telephone for approval. I understand that if I do not vacate at the scheduled check-out time on the scheduled check-out date, I will be charged for additional rental day(s). Rates are for consecutive nights on the SAME site and are not retroactive. In consideration for use of an RV site and park facilities, the under-signed assumes liability and financial responsibility for any damage or injury that occurs to persons or property related to this visit. I acknowledge that I am responsible for the actions of all members of my party and hold Turner's Marina LLC & the owner(s) of the site harmless for any liability incurred by my or any member of my party's use of the site or property of the marina or resort. I acknowledge that my rental of RV sites referred to in descriptions as "waterfront" , "marina front" or "harbor front" does not include any use of the attached property, ramps, and/or docks below the seawall level, including fishing. I acknowledge that I will NOT receive a refund and/or credit if I depart my reservation early. Any remaining balance will be converted to an early termination fee. Written or verbal confirmation of a departure before the end of the reservation term will terminate the Rental Agreement and Turner's Marina reserves the right to re-rent the RV site. I acknowledge that, if requested, I must provide proof of current insurance and registration. Improperly parked vehicles will be towed at the driver's/owner's expense. All amenities are added value at no charge. I understand that no refund will be issued if any amenity is unavailable or not functioning during any portion of my stay. When necessary, management reserves the right to terminate my stay without refund or notice. I agree to pay the above total amount, plus renewals and additional charges, according to the card issuer agreement.
I acknowledge at the time of making the reservation 100% of the total amount is collected, of that 50% is a deposit required to confirm your reservation at the time of booking. This deposit confirms the reservation but does not guarantee the site selected. Site will be confirmed 30 days prior to the check in date switching the deposit from a refundable to non refundable deposit. At this time you are locked into the site for those date. Any change to the reservation after the site is locked in for a certain period of time will result in forfeit of the deposit for the days confirmed but now cancelled. Management reserves the right to move customers to a different site or a waitlist at its sole discretion. RV information must be accurate to the RV entering the resort, any change/difference can result in being turned away with no refund.
Cancellation Policy:
48+ hours before date of check in: 100% of total collected amount minus booking fee
48 hours or less from date of check in: Forfeit of 50% of amount collected at time of booking + non refundable booking fee
You may arrive for check-in as early as 12pm.
Check out promptly at 11am. No refund will be issued for early departure.
Military rate will be applied at check-in with Active or Retired Military DOD issued ID Card.
To receive the extended stay discounted rate (off season), guests must remain on the same site.
Rate is for four people over the age of 13, additional occupants are subject to a fee of $3.00 per person per night.
Convenience Fee for credit card usage is 3% for total balance. We accept cash and/or check without a fee.
Rules of the Resort
Waterfront sites do not include the use of the docks.
Fishing is ONLY permitted from the fishing pier. License is required.
WiFi and cable are an added amenity at no extra charge and not guaranteed. Due to the natural foliage of the Resort, Satellite TV signal is not guaranteed on any site. No refund or proration of stay will be issued due to loss of any amenity or amenities.
We do not accept park models, destination trailers or tent camping.
Pull behind travel trailers and fifth wheel travel trailers cannot exceed 35ft in length or 8 ft. in width in their fully installed condition (eight feet includes tip outs or slide outs) and will be verified upon arrival. RV information must be accurate to the RV entering the resort, any change/difference can result in being turned away with no refund. Upon Verification if it is discovered the RV is beyond the size restrictions in its fully installed condition you will be turned away and the reservation will be cancelled with no refund of deposit.
Truck campers (the RV itself) must remain on the truck body at all times while in the resort.
An external black water sewer line is required and will be verified.
All wheels must remain on the concrete. You may only park on your site. Improperly parked vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense.
Quiet Time is from 10pm to 7am.
Keep pets on a leash at all times. Do not leave them outside unattended. They are not allowed in the playground or pool areas. Pet pens must remain on the concrete.
Enclosed trailers are not permitted on the site.
Speed Limit is 10mph
NO fireworks, ground fires, for sale signs, solicitations, clotheslines, tents with floor or sides.
Trash Pick up is from 7:30 am to 2:30 Daily. After 2:30 pm please hold the trash until the next day.
If the RV is removed from the lot, items including cars, boats & golf carts must be removed as well."
