Old Mill Camp is a family owned and operated business established in 2017. It's located directly across from the entrance of Cummins Falls State Park in Jackson County Tennessee. Our goal is to provide an exceptional camping experience for our guest in hopes they make memories they will cherish for a lifetime.
Located just across from the entrance of Cummins Falls State Park at 4801 Blackburn Fork Road in Cookeville Tennessee is Old Mill Camp. The campground offers pull through sites (ranging from 130ft to 150ft) and back-in sites (ranging from 65ft to 100ft). Tent sites are also available and equipped with water, cooking grills, fire rings, and picnic tables. There is an option for "Rent-A-Tent", which include rental of site, a tent that sleeps six with a screened in room attached to tent, and the convenience of everything already being set up. Rent-A-Tent requires 24 hour notice. *The general store will be closed each year from Nov. 1st - Feb. 20th
Conveniently located at the campground is Old Mill Camp General Store. You will feel like you are stepping back in time once you arrive at Old Mill Camp General Store. From the oldies music playing outside, the jukebox playing old tunes inside, hand scooped ice cream, bologna and cracker sandwiches, and the hospitality of the staff, you will love the quiet atmosphere. There are many local old-timers that sit on the front porch whittling and reminiscing about good times. You can purchase memorabilia from Cummins Falls inside as well as inquire about other local state parks and area attractions.
