Camping
1) All persons entering the campground must register. Do not pass out the gate code to other people, anyone caught sneaking in or distributing the code will lose campground privileges . 2) All campers must obtain a camping permit. 3) Camping permits for tent sites will not be issued for more than 10 nights but may be renewed depending on availability of sites. 4. Campers must be at least 18 years old to get a permit. Permit holders must have identification and proof of age, and furnish the full name of everyone in the camping party. 5) The permit holder is responsible for the conduct of everyone under 18 years old and is liable for any violations of the rules and regulations. 6) All campers under 18 years old must be accompanied and supervised by the permit holder. 7) All campers will occupy and place the equipment only on the assigned campsites.
Day Use
1) Anyone who is not camping overnight is a day user. 2) Day use hours are from 8AM to 8pm. 3) Day users are not allowed between 8 PM and 8 AM.
Campfires
1) All fires must be built in the fireplaces provide for that purpose. 2) No fires are permitted except for cooking, or warmth. 3) No fire shall be started until all nearby flammable material has been removed to prevent its spread. 4) Firewood cannot be gathered on site. 5) Fires cannot be left unattended. 6) Fire pits should not be touched or moved. They can be very hot.
General Rules and Info
1) No loud music, quiet times must be observed between 8PM and 8AM Sunday to Thursday and between 11PM and 8 AM Friday to Saturday. 2) Gambling is prohibited. 3) No person shall remove or injure any plants, trees, flowers or rocks found on the land. 4) No person shall deposit garbage or refuge on state land or structures. 5) No person shall possess fireworks. 6) No person should posts signs or notices on the land. 7) No person shall intentionally expose themselves in a lewd manner. 8) No person shall obstruct vehicular or pedestrian traffic. 9) No person shall engage in fighting or violent, tumorous or threatening behavior: or engage in any other activity which violates the Penal Law. 10) No person shall play athletic games or other activities of a rough or boisterous nature except in designated game areas. 11) No person shall possess firearms. 12) No person shall discharge firearms. 13) The bathrooms, the office, clubhouse approaches and floors maybe slippery and are all the cautioned to be careful around these areas. 14) There are wild animals in the area including numerous insects, spiders and other animals some that maybe poisonous and extreme caution should be used as a result. 15) All guests are advised to wear shoes at all times due to thorns, broken glass, bottle caps, and other dangerous things that maybe on the ground and which might pose a danger to bare feet. 16) ATV's, dirt bikes, go-carts, or any other motorized recreational vehicles may not be ridden in the park. 17) ALL trash must be properly disposed of in trash bins located throughout the Resort. (Leave your area in better condition than you found it). 18) All vehicles, trailers, and Rv's must be parked at least 3 feet from the site perimeter. Do not park in neighboring lots. Boat Trailers must be parked in the designated boat trailer parking area.19) We have zero tolerance for possession or use of illegal substances in the park (This is a drug free park). 20) The speed Limit throughout the entire park is 5 MPH
Swimming and Beaches
1. Swimming at the beach is prohibited from the one-half hour before sunset to one-half hour after sunrise. 2) Changing into our out of bathing suits is prohibited except in fully enclosed tents, trailers, or in bathhouses. 3) Possession of glass containers at the beach is prohibited. 4) The river has a sandy bottom and is constantly changing therefore, no diving is permitted. 5) The grounds are uneven with holes, tree roots and the like which may cause a hazardous condition and you are cautioned to be on the lookout for such hazards. 6) No swimming in the boat launch area. 7) All children need parent supervision while swimming, there are no life guards on duty.
Pets
1. Two pets per site maximum. No Pit-bulls, Dobermans, Chows, or Rottweilers. No exotic pets or reptiles. Proof of valid Rabies inoculation must be provided before any dog is allowed in the campgrounds.
2. Pets must be confined or leashed at all times. Pets are not allowed in any campground buildings.
