CarrollWoods RV Park Rules and Regulations
CarrollWoods RV Park is a very unique park. As owners of the park,
we must accept the responsibility of enforcing the rules to insure
everyone’s enjoyment, privacy, and safety. With that being said, we are laid
back and do not get excited about telling others what to do. While here,
have a great time and follow the golden rule and you’ll be fine. The
following rules and regulations are to be observed by all campers, their
children, guests and visitors.
CarrollWoods is a privately owned RV Park. We reserve the right to select
our clientele and refuse anyone. CHECK IN for the
park is 1-5pm Check OUT is 11am ($25 late check out fee till 3pm if
available, must be cleared by the park office)
QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. These quiet hours are to be
observed in all areas of the park. Anyone making loud or disturbing noises in
violation of park rules are subject to police investigation.
SPEED LIMIT: Please drive slowly. The park speed limit is 10 MPH
and will be strictly enforced to ensure the safety of other guests, pets and
children. Please report speeders to the park office, along with their license
plate number and lot number and we will try to correct the problem.
DRUGS/ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES/FIREARMS: Drugs, drunk, or disorderly conduct will not be
tolerated. No illegal activity allowed. Alcohol must be contained to your
campsite or contained in a plastic cup. No open carry firearms.
GOLF CARTS: Golf carts
must be registered with the park office. In accordance with the laws of the
state of North Carolina, only Licensed Drivers are permitted to drive in the
park. Carts must be equipped for night driving, if operated after sunset.
Insurance is to be maintained on the golf cart to be operated in the park.
PETS: Pets with up to
date rabies vaccination are welcome at CarrollWoods RV Park
- Please clean up after your pet
- Pets must be on a least at all times when outside the
unit. Do not let your pet walk on lots belonging to others.
- Pets are not to be tied up or left unattended outside
your unit.
- Pets should not be left inside your unit to bark or
disturb others.
- Pets are not allowed inside the park office area.
- You may may set up any temporary enclosure for housing
your pet on your lot on a case by case basis.
- Failure to follow these rules or aggressive behavior
by a pet will result in your pet having to be removed from the park.
GARBAGE/TRASH/RECYCLABLE: Garbage is to be put into dumpster located across from the bathhouse
FIREWORKS: For the safety of our owners and guests, the
discharging of fireworks within the park is strictly prohibited. I
POND: Swimming is not permitted in pond or in drainage ditches.
There is no life guard on duty and injury or death could result from this
activity. Fishing is catch and release, no barb hook only.
PARKING: ONLY TWO
PASSENGER VEHICLES ALLOWED PER SITE and they must fit on your site. Autos are
to be parked straight in the site, not sideways and should remain on site pad.
Rates include a maximum of four guest per site. Additional vehicles and guests
should register at park office and will receive a day pass for $5 each. No
parking on mulch. Guest parking is across from bathhouse.
GROUND CAMPFIRES:
Campfires should only be placed in the provided area, and should not be left
unattended. All fires should be extinguished before leaving your site. NO
OUTSIDE FIREWOOD IS PERMITTED. Please do not move fire rings.

Sites should be kept in a neat manner at all times. If site is kept or
left in a poor or “trashed” manner we will access a $25 clean up fee.
POOL: There is no
lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk, Minors must be accompanied by an
adult. Please follow all rules posted at the pool area.
Clothing lines and tarps are not permitted on the campsites.
For the privacy of our guests, no drone photography or videography.
You may wash your rig for a fee of $10.00 and your car for
a $5 water fee.
Cancellation: We are anticipating your arrival and understand
that things may come up that are unexpected. Please understand that we
may have turned other reservations away in order to accommodate your stay.
Though you will be charged in full for your stay, know that this credit will
stay on file and can be used toward another reservation till the
end of the current calendar year.
Fyi, we have great water pressure, a regulator is recommended. Please
use pads under your leveling jacks to protect our sites from ruts.
WAIVER: This property is privately owned and the management
reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests
or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. Under NC Law, there is no liability for an injury or
death of a participant in an agritourism activity, you are assuming the risk of participating in an
agritourism activity at Grapefull Sisters Vineyard. Guests will be held liable for any property damage
and CarrollWoods will seek retribution for such damage. CarrollWoods may take photos of rigs and
guests and use for marketing purposes. I agree for me and my party to be photographed and understand these photos may
be used publicly for marketing. I, and my guests are not registered sex offenders, we understand and agree
to the above notice and to following the rules and regulations, cancellation and refund policy of CarrollWoods
RV Park.
